We’re supporting a UK-based client who is looking for an experienced Hands-On Test Lead to join their team. This is a fantastic fully remote opportunity for someone with strong test leadership skills and deep knowledge of the pensions sector.

🔍 Key Requirements:
✔️ 6+ years’ hands-on testing experience across both Windows and web technologies
✔️ Strong understanding of the Pensions sector
✔️ Solid working knowledge of Azure DevOps
✔️ Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans
✔️ Skilled in developing and running manual and automated test scenarios/scripts
✔️ Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system
✔️ Experience with load/stress testing using automated tools
✔️ Ability to understand core pension admin system components and new functionality, and design high-quality test scripts with expected results in Azure DevOps
✔️ Experience performing functional and regression testing for software services
✔️ Ability to coordinate effectively with business UAT testers, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
✔️ Proficient in tracking/monitoring functional and UAT results via Azure dashboards
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions
